Gore, New Zealand Req #763
Tuesday, 22 June 2021
Our vision is to deliver "a global education ecosystem that develops life-ready students who learn how to learn".

Reporting to our Cluster Principal (South Cluster), the Campus Principal is a key member of the Senior Educational Leadership Team (SELT) providing operational, educational and academic leadership of our newly established Gore Campus and our Dunedin Campus. While our brand new, purpose-built campus in Gore will open to students in 2022, the Campus Principal will initially spend time at our existing campuses in Dunedin and Invercargill, and assume responsibility for overseeing the smooth transition to Gore from term four (2021).

With responsibility for the day-to-day management and professional leadership of the campus, the Campus Principal plays a significant role in overseeing the educational outcomes of students and developing the quality of teaching and learning.
The Campus Principal is also responsible for the implementation of policies and programmes and is responsible for the supervision and support of professional staff, and the pastoral care of students.

We are seeking an educational leader with proven experience leading teams, preferably in a New Zealand primary or secondary school.  With exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the Campus Principal will also have experience building and managing positive working relationships with staff, students and parents. A solid understanding of NCEA and the New Zealand curriculum is essential.
